Canon PIXMA MP560
When I first purchased this printer it was retailing for around 175.00, So for $85.00 for a wireless printer, you're getting a heck of a good deal. I've owned it for around 1.5 years and have no complaints. It was easy to set up and use, the print quality is good 9600 X 2400 max dpi and printer cartridges are easy to find, I usually order from amazon.
This nice little HP does the job for a very reasonable price, it prints, scans and copy's. The print quality is 1200 X 2400 dpi scanning resolution and it also allows for double sided printing as well as borderless photos.
The Epson Workhorse wireless all in one printer usually retails for around $200 but right now you can find it on amazon for $95. This printer is easy to set up with good print quality and manual double-sided printing available.
The Canon PIXMA MX34 is a nice little printer at a surprisingly reasonable price. The print quality is good but it is a little loud and slightly slower than some of the other models. Otherwise it works great and is an excellent value for the price.
The HP Officejet 6500 is an easy and simple to use printer. The print quality is good but the printer is a little loud so if that's an issue, you might be happier with one of the other printers on this page. Otherwise it's a good value for someone looking for cheap office printer.
Laser Printers For Under $100
Laser printers tend to be a little more expensive but I did find three good ones for you to check out, all for under $100.
The Brother HL-2140 laser printer prints up to 23 ppm with a dpi of 2400 X600. Making it a very affordable choice for most anyone. It's space saving design also makes it a good choice for someone with limited space.
The HP Laserjet CP1215 is a nice entry level laser printer with a very good print quality. The ink cartridges are a little pricey but very long lasting .
